Synthesis of the theoretical basis and advanced nursing concepts for safe, quality, evidence-based, patient-centered nursing care for diverse patients in a variety of healthcare settings. Focuses on transition from student to graduate nurse by applying the major concepts of the nursing program to patient care while implementing the roles of the professional nurse (provider of care, manager, member of the profession, teacher, and advocate).
