✽ CIS 118 - Introduction to PC Applications

3.0 Credits


CIS-118 Introduces computer concepts and components, as well as application suite software and the Internet. Includes descriptions of, and hands-on experiences with, word processing, spreadsheets, databases, operating environments, and other common PC application packages.

NOTE: Colorado Mountain College requires its BSBA / BASS  and AA/AS/AGS  degree-seeking students to be proficient in computer use. To graduate, a student must demonstrate proficiency via an examination administered by the college or take CIS 118  within the first 30 credits. If you take the course, it will be applied to the elective credit.
