CUA 131 - Starches, Pastas, Casseroles, & Grains1.0 Credits Prerequisites: CUA 121 or CUA 103 must be taken concurrently if not previously completed with a grade of C- or higher. Provides the basics of preparing and/or cooking potatoes, starches, legumes, and pastas. Enables students to prepare and cook a variety of casseroles and grain products. Allows students to apply pre-preparation skills and efficient organization of work techniques. This course has a fee that may be non-refundable.
