This program will prepare students to transfer into a four-year theatre department or, if the student chooses not to transfer, to be employed in the field as a community resource in theatre. Students are strongly encouraged to participate in community theatre productions where available to gain experience and learn about possible career choices. State Guaranteed General Education Requirements
(34 credits minimum) Communication (GT-CO1-3)
3 courses (9 credits) Mathematics (GT-MA1)
1 course (3-4 credits) Credits over 3 will be added to electives. Arts & Humanities
3 courses (9 credit hours). All must be taken. Literature & Humanities (GT-AH2)
Natural & Physical Sciences (GT-SC1)
7 credits. 2 courses from the following laboratory-based courses. A laboratory component is necessary for this requirement. Additional credits will be added to electives. Social & Behavioral Sciences
2 courses (6 credit hours). Select 2 courses, 1 of which must be history. History (GT-HI1)
1 course (3 credits) Economic & Political Systems (GT-SS1)

2 credits. Colorado Mountain College Requirements
Colorado Mountain College requires its graduates to be proficient in computer use. To graduate, a student must demonstrate proficiency via an examination administered by the college or take CIS 118 . If you take the course, it will be applied to the elective credit. Total Credits Earned
