This certificate curriculum includes many of the courses included in the Restaurant & Culinary Management AAS degree and credits may be applied toward that degree.
Students must demonstrate college-level composition, reading, and mathematical skills as prerequisites for some courses within program. Skills in these areas may affect the sequence of courses in which you can enroll and may extend the time required to complete the program. For more details, see the Academic Placement and Testing section.
Graduates of the program will receive a Certificate of Occupational Proficiency in Restaurant Management. This program is offered at Colorado Mountain College in Steamboat Springs and Aspen. Not every course is offered on every campus, some courses may require technology enhanced modalities to complete the degree.
CMC also offers a certificate in Restaurant & Culinary Management .
For federal student aid purposes, this program meets the minimum requirements of 23 credit hours and 30 weeks of instruction and is financial aid eligible.
