Students completing this program will receive a Fly Fishing Guide Certificate of Completion from Colorado Mountain College. This is not the same as a Certificate of Occupational Proficiency , but CMC faculty and staff have worked with an industry-related board in the development of this program to ensure that it meets the needs of the industry.
Following is a suggested sequence of courses. See your advisor to develop your own schedule.
The Fly Fishing Guide Certificate is offered at Colorado Mountain College in Leadville and Steamboat Springs. Some courses may require travel between sites.
