Environmental Science (AS)

This program will prepare students to transfer into a four-year Environmental Science program or, based on electives selected, transfer to an environmentally-related program such as Geology, Environmental Engineering, and Environmental Health. This program is a primary pathway to the Colorado Mountain College Bachelor of Arts in Sustainability Studies  degree.

The Associate of Science in Environmental Science is available at Colorado Mountain College in Breckenridge, Dillon, Leadville, Spring Valley at Glenwood Springs, Steamboat Springs, and Vail Valley at Edwards. Not every course is offered on every campus,  some campuses may require travel between sites or technology enhanced modalities to complete the degree. Students are strongly encouraged to work with their advisor to satisfy transfer requirements for specific four-year institutions.
