◆ AST 150 - Astrobiology: Life in the Universe (GT-SC2)3.0 Credits Prerequisites: Requires college-level composition and reading placement. Introduces the interdisciplinary and scientific study of the search for life in the universe. Questions of how life begins and evolves on Earth, the possibilities of other life in the solar system, the galaxy, and throughout the universe will be examined. Investigation of current explorations and the search for extraterrestrial life will also be covered. This is a statewide Guaranteed Transfer course in the GT-SC2 category. LEC 45 Contact hours
