VET 208 - Veterinary Medical Nursing I3.0 Credits Co-requisites VET 201 , VET 202 , VET 206 , and VET 207 . Prerequisites: VET 123 and BIO 232 with a grade of C or higher. This course is designed as a system-based pathophysiology course that discusses each major body system and the way disease can alter that system’s physiological response. VMN I focuses on veterinary medical problems for large animals including horses, llamas, and ruminants. Topics include: dentition, gastrointestinal, respiratory, eye and ear, central nervous conditions, and health programs. A minimum grade of “C” is required in this course. LEC 45 Contact hours
