MGD 101 - Introduction to Computer Graphics3.0 Credits Prerequisites: Minimum Accuplacer Reading Comprehension (RC) score of 62-79 and/or Sentence Skills (SS) score of 70-94; or Next Generation Accuplacer Writing scores 236-245. The college may also use previous academic history, including high school information, for placement. Introduces the student to the computer system and software used to develop graphics. The student will learn the hardware and software components for publication and multimedia production through execution in various vector, raster, page layout and multimedia programs.
