◆ ANT 101 - Cultural Anthropology (GT-SS3)3.0 Credits Prerequisites: Accuplacer Sentence Skills (SS) score of 95 or higher and Reading Comprehension (RC) score of 80 or higher; Next Generation Accuplacer Writing scores 246-300; or equivalent ACT/SAT scores; or passed CCR-092, CCR-092C, CCR-093, CCR-094, or ENG-090 with a grade of C- or higher. The college may also use previous academic history, including high school information, for placement. Examines the study of human cultural patterns, including communication, economic systems, social and political organizations, religion, healing systems, and cultural change.
