Natural Resource Management: Geographic Information Systems Certificate

This certificate is designed for those students wishing to have practical experience and application utilizing geospatial software. Students selecting the GIS certificate will be required to design a study plan; acquire, analyze, and map geospatial data; and present findings. This certificate is designed for individuals seeking GIS proficiency for employment or to build upon a preexisting GIS skill base.
Graduates of the program will receive a Certificate of Occupational Proficiency in Geographic Information Systems.
The Geographic Information System certificate is offered at Timberline Campus - Leadville. This certificate program is not eligible for federal student aid funds.
