SKB 151 - SIA Retail Manager1 Credits
Introduces students to the basic principles and techniques of snow sports retail organization, merchandising, operations, layout, site location, customer service, and management. Emphasis is places on leadership techniques, retailing principles, and purchasing strategies in the snowsports industry. Developed in partnership with SnowSports Industries America (SAI) and the annual SIA Snow Show.
