MAN 498 - Leadership & Management for Change3.0 Credits Prerequisites: MAN 328 MAR 326 ; Minimum grade C-. This course explores the theoretical framework of leadership theory and exposes the student to a variety of leadership models. Examines leadership models in the context of organizational change. Explores developing leadership and management skills through the organization, achieving effective internal reorganization, and coping with constantly changing external environments. Weaves themes of social responsibility and ethics with applications for contemporary leadership. LEC 45
