NUR 121 - Pharmacology I3.0 Credits Acquisition of the general principles of pharmacology as they relate to safe, quality, patient-centered, evidence-based nursing care of individuals focusing on developmentally and culturally appropriate interventions. Introduces pharmacotherapeutics related to diverse patient populations. Focuses on safety and quality improvement in the administration of medications to patients across the life span and analyzes the impact of the health care environment on the nurse’s role in administering medications.
