NRE 221 - Advanced Hydrology3.0 Credits Prerequisites: MAT 121 and NRE 121 ; Minimum grade C-. Requires college-level reading and writing. Continues to expand the knowledge and applications of hydrology in wetland, groundwater, and watershed assessment. Advanced field applications such as stationary flume installation, groundwater well installation, physical aquifer testing, and basic hydrologic modeling will be emphasized. Advanced environmental chemistry concepts will be utilized as part of assessing water quality and measurement against water quality standards. Technical report writing will also be utilized as required by the industry. LEC 15 Clock hours LAB 60 Clock hours
