ACC 3015 - Accounting Information Systems3.0 Credits Prerequisites: ACC 1012 with a grade of C- or higher. This course covers the conceptual foundation of core business processes, information systems, and the many information technology applications of the 21st century. Students will identify the information systems within a business that are used to process and accumulate transactional data and financial reporting information; and learn how information technology is used to achieve competitive advantage and to improve decision making, business processes, operations, and organizational design.
