✽ MAT 1140 - Career Math3.0 Credits Prerequisites: Accuplacer Elementary Algebra (EA) score of 60 or higher; or Next Generation Accuplacer Arithmetic (AR) scores 265-300; or equivalent ACT/SAT scores; or passed MAT 0250 , MAT 0300 , or MAT-090 with a C- or better. The college may also use previous academic history, including high school information, for placement. Covers material designed for career and technical students who need to study particular mathematical topics. Topics include measurement, algebra, geometry, statistics, and graphs.
