Graduates of the Human Services program develop versatile, in-demand skills that open doors across diverse professional settings, including businesses, schools, hospitals, counseling centers, government agencies, judicial services, private practices, and community-based organizations. Some career pathways of this degree include mental health, addiction recovery, law enforcement support, child advocacy, family services, community corrections, and case management.

The Bachelor of Arts in Human Services degree program is completed through a combination of In-Person courses, at a CMC campus, and Remote Real-Time courses. Approximately 60% of coursework is available in a Remote Real-Time format, allowing students to participate virtually, while the remaining 40% is offered in person at the following campuses: Breckenridge, Steamboat Springs, Glenwood Springs, Rifle, and Vail Valley at Edwards.
