MAN 486 - Leading and Managing Change3.0 Credits Prerequisites: MAN 328 and MAR 326 with a grade of C- or higher. This course explores the theoretical framework of leadership theory and exposes the student to a variety of leadership models. Examines leadership models in the context of organizational change. Explores developing leadership and management skills through the organization, achieving effective internal reorganization, and coping with constantly changing external environments.
