◆ GEO 106 - Human Geography (GT-SS2)3.0 Credits Prerequisites: Accuplacer Sentence Skills (SS) score of 95 or higher and Reading Comprehension (RC) score of 80 or higher; or Next Generation Accuplacer Writing scores 246-300; or equivalent ACT/SAT scores; or passed CCR 092 , CCR 093 , CCR 094 , or ENG-090 with a grade of C- or better. Introduces students to geographic perspectives and methods in the study of human societies by examining the spatial characteristics of populations, language, religion, ethnicity, politics, and economics.
