Cybersecurity Certificate

The Cybersecurity certificate is designed for students with an interest in the wide range of activities associated with the protection of information, one of an organization’s most vital assets. This certificate provides a foundation in computer operations, programming, and data communication with a breadth and depth of instruction in information security.
These courses are designed to give a basic understanding and working knowledge in information security as well as prepare the student to pass the CompTIA Security+ exam, a vendor-neutral certification exam considered the worldwide standard of competency for foundation-level security practitioners.
The Cybersecurity certificate is available for all Colorado Mountain College students using online learning. Please contact a campus counselor or academic advisor at the preferred campus for more information.
This certificate program is not eligible for federal student aid funds.
