This certificate program will offer students an introduction to career pathways for the electric technician field in the construction, ski resort, and mining industry. Study will include electrical safety, AC/DC controllers, electrical maintenance, programmable controllers, and technical math.

The Basic Electric Technician Certificate of Completion is not a Certificate of Occupational Proficiency . Please visit the About Our Degrees page for more information. This certificate is available at Colorado Mountain College in Leadville.

This certificate is not eligible for financial aid.

EIC 1201 - Basics of AC & DC Electricity 4.0 Credits
EIC 1270 - Electrical Maintenance 4.0 Credits
EIC 2325 - Programmable Controllers 4.0 Credits
