Geographic Information Systems Certificate

This certificate is designed for those students wishing to have practical experience and application utilizing geospatial software. Students selecting the GIS certificate will be required to design a study plan; acquire, analyze, and map geospatial data; and present findings.

Graduates of the program will receive a Certificate of Occupational Proficiency in Geographic Information Systems.

The Geographic Information System certificate is offered at Leadville. The courses are described in the Course Description section.
