   SAO 1123 - Ropeway Mechanical Maintenance Technician Level II - Course 3

Prerequisites: Prior completion of the Ropeway Mechanical Maintenance Level I certificate, or instructor permission.
The third of four Ropeway Maintenance Level II courses. This course focuses on the continued advancement of skills beyond courses 1 and 2. This course covers electricity, circuits, the NEC (National Electrical Code), drive control systems, communication systems, safety systems, motors, grips, carriers, fasteners, and NDT (Non-Destructive Testing). This course expands on conveyor systems, pulleys, rollers, sliders, tension systems, ropeway coupling systems, and detachable and fixed spacing systems.
