   SAO 1122 - Ropeway Mechanical Maintenance Technician Level II - Course 2

Prerequisites: Prior completion of the Ropeway Mechanical Maintenance Level I certificate, or instructor permission.
The second of four Ropeway Maintenance Level II courses. This course focuses on the continued advancement of skills beyond Level I outcomes. This course covers all gearbox components, bearings, enclosed gear reduction systems, machinery alignment, drivelines, couplings, prime movers, conveyor systems, belt splices, pullies, rollers, tension systems, belt cleaning systems, and safety inspections.
