CSL 4300 - Behavioral Modification3.0 Credits Prerequisites: Prior completion of any one GT-SS3 PSY course with a grade of C- or higher. Focuses on changing problem behavior by using techniques derived from learning theory. Topics of discussion include assertiveness training, biofeedback, hypnosis, controlling reinforcement contingencies, aversive conditioning, modeling, and systematic desensitization. This course also explores behavioral learning principles and application of these learning principles for children and adults as well as effective intervention and treatment planning.
