Prerequisites: Prior completion of BIO 1111  with a grade of C- or higher.
Examines the structure, transmission, and expression of hereditary information with emphasis on Molecular genetics, Mendelian and non-Mendelian inheritance, and population and quantitative genetics. Laboratory experiences include classical and molecular genetics activities. This is a statewide Guaranteed Transfer course in the GT-SC1 category. This course has a fee that may be non-refundable.
