✽ THE 2047 - Rehearsal & Performance II2.0 Credits Prerequisites: THE 1031 with a grade of C- or higher; and Next Generation Accuplacer Writing scores 246-300; or equivalent ACT score 18 or SAT score 470; or passed any CCR course, ENG 0092 , or 1000-level ENG course with a grade of C- or higher. The college may also use previous academic history, including high school information, for placement. Gives the student actor practical experience in a real acting environment. Through the audition and rehearsal process the student`s imagination and creative potential will be stimulated. Special attention will be given to characterization, stage movement, speech techniques, dramatic form, and the rehearsal/production/performance process. The successful rehearsal and presentation of the current production to the public will be the focal point of their activities. Previous acting experience is helpful but not required. Prev.
