AGR 266 - Food Politics, Policies & People3.0 Credits Students will investigate political aspects of food production, control, regulation, inspection, economics, and distribution. The history of political influences on U.S. and global food policies will be examined as well as contemporary and potential future issues. Students will compare and contrast existing with innovative food policy proposals and assess the impact of these potential policies on meeting the needs of future generations. LEC 45 Clock hours
