BUS 334 - Organizational Leadership3.0 Credits
Prerequisites: ENG 121 with a grade of C- or higher.
Introduces students to tools and best practices of business and organizational leadership. With a focus on case studies and projects to learn, this course examines the foundational theories, development, and applications of effective leadership principles and skills. Established practices and supporting knowledge of supervisory planning, organizing, leading, and control will be discussed with a focus on entrepreneurial and small business operations.
